Terms of use

These terms cover the CTSoftwares gaming hub at games.ctsoftwares.com and StarFallRush, including its installed web app, together with optional CTS player accounts. Contact chuan@ctsoftwares.com with questions.

Playing our games

You may access and play the games for personal entertainment and install the supported web app on your devices. Current StarFallRush is free to play and requires no player account. Follow the game's controls and any instructions relevant to a feature.

Our work and your gameplay clips

CTSoftwares or its licensors retain rights in the game, software, artwork, branding and sound. Permission to play does not transfer those rights. You may share screenshots and videos of your own gameplay, including commentary and monetized gameplay videos, with credit to StarFallRush by CTSoftwares. Do not imply our endorsement or redistribute the game, its source or assets as your own product without separate permission. Rights granted by law remain available.

Fair use of the service

Do not attack, deliberately overload or compromise the service, distribute malware, misuse another person's information, or impersonate CTSoftwares. Do not exploit the site to interfere with other players. Ordinary gameplay, bug reports and respectful feedback are welcome.

Scores, installation and availability

Your personal best and preferences are stored on your device when browser storage is available. Clearing site data, changing devices or browser behavior can remove them. Offline play requires the game to finish caching first. Installation and fullscreen availability depend on your browser and device. We may update the game, change features or suspend a feature for maintenance or abuse prevention. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or permanent preservation of local scores.

Privacy and analytics

Our Privacy notice explains storage and optional analytics. You can play without enabling analytics. These terms do not replace the separate Allow / No thanks choice or authorize tracking.

Responsibility

The free game is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for every device. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights. Use of third-party browsers, app stores or linked services is subject to their own applicable terms.

Changes and future features

We will publish updated terms with a new date if these conditions change. Optional player accounts use the account terms below. Paid products or competitions, if introduced, will have their relevant terms and disclosures available before you use them. Current gameplay does not require a purchase.

Our internal CTSoftwares Gaming Studio YouTube features use YouTube API Services. By using those features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service in addition to these terms. Connect only a channel you are authorized to access. The integration requests read-only access and does not upload, publish or schedule content. Our Privacy page explains the data accessed, staff access, retention and disconnect controls.

Optional player accounts

CTS player accounts are optional; free guest games remain available. Initially, accounts are for United States residents aged 13 or older using a sign-in method they are authorized to use. Provide eligibility details accurately. Before creating a full account, explicitly agree to the current linked Terms and acknowledge the Privacy notice. If under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian; your statement does not verify guardian identity or provide a parental-consent service. This agreement does not authorize optional analytics.

Your profile starts private. You choose public sharing and can withdraw it. Do not impersonate others, expose prohibited personal details or misuse reports and appeals. Staff may restrict public participation while privacy controls remain available. If you decline current Terms, the existing-account privacy route still allows download, deletion, withdrawal, session sign-out and review controls with the original provider; it creates no account and permits no public participation.

Use your account controls for confirmed deletion; the reserved handle and minimal records follow the Privacy notice. After deletion, you can create a new empty account; this does not restore erased details. For lost access, use CTS password reset or the original provider recovery process and contact players@ctsoftwares.com for request tracking and review. Staff-assisted deletion and exceptional export delivery are unavailable. Local saves remain device/game records. An account does not itself grant future features, paid content or subscriptions. The dated agreement receipt appears in your download and is erased with your account; protected backups are handled separately.
