This is optional, one-time support for existing CTSoftwares Gaming experiences. Choose any amount from USD $1 to $100; $5 is suggested. There is no subscription and no purchase of access, items, packs, rewards or a promised future release. Support is paid to CTSoftwares, LLC and is not a charitable donation. Stripe hosts checkout and processes your payment. A return to this website does not itself confirm payment. To request a full refund within 30 calendar days of payment, email players@ctsoftwares.com with your Stripe receipt or payment reference. Never email card numbers or security codes.
Payment privacy
Stripe processes your payment details and handles its own payment records under its privacy policy. CTSoftwares Gaming does not receive or store your full card number or security code. We keep minimal payment references, amounts, currency, dates, status and dated refund/dispute records for seven years from the end of the year of the last financial activity, and longer while a dispute, investigation or record hold remains unresolved. Unreferenced event receipts for terminal unpaid attempts are reviewed for removal after 90 days; receipts needed for a payment or unresolved matter remain with the related records.
